ARIZONA GRAND YORK RITE SESSIONS

The Grand Sessions this year will be held on August 20, 2008 through August 24, 2008 at the Chaparral Suites Resort 5001 N. Scottsdale Road - Scottsdale, Arizona   

Those who have attended previous Sessions will recall that the facility is conveniently located, and offers amenities such as: 

    Complimentary full cooked-to-order breakfast each morning

    Complimentary individual airport shuttle service

    Complimentary high-speed internet in all guest rooms

GUEST ROOMS and RESERVATIONS

A block of rooms has been reserved at the rate of $85.00 for single or double-occupancy for the duration of the Sessions.  For those wishing to arrive early or extend their stay, these prices are also good for three days before and three days after the Sessions. Reservations can be made by calling the Chaparral Suites toll free reservations number 1-800-528-1456.  Please be sure to refer to Grand York Rite 2008 Session to secure this special group rate.  The cut-off date for receipt of these reservations will be July 21, 2008.  ANY RESERVATIONS REQUEST RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A SPACE AVAILABILITY BASIS ONLY.  Check in time is 3:00 PM.  Check out time is 12:00 Noon.
